PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE - Note: seating is limited and we typically sell out quickly. 

1. Once you submit this registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. The system requires that you provide guest names when registering. Prior to the RSVP deadline you will receive a link to use to provide your guest(s) contact information (address/email/mobile #) and dietary restrictions for each guest. 
3. In order for all guests to receive pre-event communications (i.e. auction updates, auction access, updated event information, etc), we must receive contact information by October 1, 2024.
4. If you are unable to attend and would like to support the event and the Flaum Eye Institute with a donation or if you would like to add a donation to your ticket purchase, you may do so below. Thank you in advance for your support!
