RESERVE TICKETS TO PAY OFFLINE / INVOICE REQUEST:  Note: seating is limited and we typically sell out quickly. (*Reserved tickets that are not paid in full within 14 days of request will be released.) 

1. Once you submit your registration for reserved tickets/invoice, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice within 48 hours at the email address provided. 
2. Payment for reserved tickets is due within 14 days of request.
3. The system requires that you provide guest names when registering. Prior to the RSVP deadline you will receive a link to use to provide your guest(s) contact information (address/email/mobile #) and dietary restrictions for each guest. 
4. In order for all guests to receive pre-event communications (i.e. auction updates, auction access, updated event information, etc), we must receive contact information by October 1, 2024.
5. If you are unable to attend and would like to support the event and the Flaum Eye Institute with a donation or if you would like to add a donation to your ticket purchase, you may do so below. Thank you in advance for your support!
